Choosing Your Set
Is this real hair?
No. Every set is made of premium synthetic fiber: kanekalon and thermofiber. It is designed to mimic real natural hair — soft, lightweight and incredibly realistic.
How long does my own hair need to be?
At least 2-3 inches.
Should I choose 50 DE or 60 DE?
50 DE is for fine to medium hair. 60 DE is for thick hair. If your hair is very thick, add an accent set on top of 60 DE. More detail: How many dreadlock extensions do I need for a full head?
What is the difference between a full set and an accent set?
A full set is 50 or 60 double ended dreads for a full head. An accent set is 10 or 20 dreads. People use accent sets to blend in a new shade, fill in the back of the head, add to another set or refresh a set they already wear.
What does a full head cost?

Installation
Can I install it myself?
Yes. Plan for about 4-5 hours. You can also ask a friend to help. Every full set comes with my step-by-step video guide, free. I sell that guide separately for $30. A stylist can install your set too; timing depends on their experience.
Do I need to soak the set in vinegar first?
No. Your set arrives fully ready to install. No boiling, no vinegar, no prep.
Wear And Care
How long can I wear it?
With proper care, 6-8 weeks per install. The exact time depends on how fast your hair grows, how you care for the set and how you wash.
How do I wash my hair?
Wash your scalp every 7-10 days with a gentle shampoo. Clean along the partings, do not scrub the dreads, rinse well and let the set dry completely. The full steps are in the Installation & Care guide.
Can I use oils or hair products on my set?
I do not recommend any oils or products. Oil collects dirt. For curls, simply separate them by hand with a little water.
Can I reuse my set?
Yes. Take it out, wash it inside the wash bag that comes with your order and install it again. See Reusing Your Set.

How much is shipping?
Standard shipping within the United States is free. Express shipping is $15.
When and from where do you ship?
Sets are in stock and ship from Tampa, Florida within 1-3 business days. I currently ship within the United States.
Can I return or exchange my set?
Yes, within 7 days, if the set is unused, in the same condition it was sent in and complete with all the gifts. Every set is made by hand, so worn sets cannot be returned.
